EISCAT Gender Equality Policy

EISCAT Scientific Association (EISCAT) as an employer, have an important task in participating in the development of an equal society where everyone has the same opportunities.

The EISCAT Gender Equality Policy (GEP) addresses and improves the quality and relevance of research and innovation by attracting and retaining more talent, by enhancing diversity, and by ensuring that everyone can maximize their potential which in turn leads to better results. Part of this is an active and well-functioning workplace with gender equality, inclusion, and diversity, both from an ethical perspective and from opportunities for profits and efficiency improvements as employer and research- and innovation-driven organization.
