Dr. Rikard Slapak

Today Dr. Rikard Slapak join us at Headquarters. Rikard started his career as a PhD student at the Swedish Institute of Space Physics (IRF) and got his Doctors degree at LTU. Since then he has been working at LTU as a researcher for the Department of Computer Science, Electrical and Space Engineering, Division of Space Technology.

Rikard will be working in data handling here at EISCAT. Our facilities produce a huge amount of data from all the experiments and measurements that we are conducting and Rikard’s knowledge and experience will be a great addition in our team.
