The EISCAT Administrative and Finance Committee will NOT meet in Kiruna, Sweden, 21 April 2020. Instead, the meeting will be held 21 and 22 April via video. Times and connection details will be distributed to the participants few days before the meeting.

Planned logistics:

• Arrival of participants whenever on the 20^th (SAS flights to Kiruna depart from Arlanda 08:30, 12:00 and 21:05). No other arrangements on that day.
• Meeting, site visit and dinner on the 21^st. Meeting at Rymdcampus and EISCAT site visit between 8.30 and 17.30 – dinner, hosted by VR, in town at 19:30. Lunch and coffees at Rymdcampus.
• Departure whenever on the 22^nd (SAS flights to Arlanda depart 06:05, 10:30 and 14:00) No other arrangements on that day.

AFC Chairperson will arrive with the noon flight 20th and depart with the 10:30 flight on the 22th. He will rent a minibus for AFCs use. For arrivals and departures at other times, you will need to take a taxi (please book in advance) or use the airport bus (check that it runs first, then pay by credit card on the bus). For local travels in Kiruna, the AFC minibus will be available.
